Upload videos and allow user to comment on that video

Hi,

create a portlet to upload video files and publish them to user and allow specific users to comment on that video.
Any idea please share.

Suggestion 1 :

In order to save yourself some disk space, you could use embedding for your videos and use youtube as a platform to offer the content.
Liferay offers a platform to manage comments inside of its CMS as explained here :

Sadly, I did not find the equivalent documentation for Liferay 7 (yet).

Suggestion 2 :
Another idea would be to use the Liferay's Web content capabilties, combined with the integrated comment management system provided with the CMS
