Unable to locate deployment context from portlet properties

Hello Friends,
I am using Liferay CE-6.1 with postgres Database.
while Deploying portlet i am getting following error ,

Unable to locate deployment context from portlet properties

I had also try by puting BLANK portlet.properties file but it dosn't Resolve.

I had attache one pic this Error is also in my portlet , how i can resolve it.??

Please help me friends.
