Anybody integrate SAML based Single Sign On with Liferay 6.1.1 CE, if yes let me know the best tools for this.

There's a SAML integration for Liferay EE on marketplace, ready to go (albeit not for CE, sorry). And 6.1.1 is quite outdated - you should consider an upgrade.
