Audience Targeting app is not installing in Liferay 6.2 SP14

Hi All,

I am unable to install Audience Targeting app on vanila Liferay 6.2 SP14 (MySQL 5.7). It's showing below log message in tomcat console and none of the portlets are available from Targeting App.

17:30:33,982 WARN [http-bio-8080-exec-1][view_jsp:722] Audience Targeting is not fully installed yet. Please restart the server to complete the installation.

Installation Steps

• Download content targeting app from https://github.com/liferay/liferay-apps-content-targeting/archive/6.2.x/1.x.zip (checkout from branch)
• Copied files to apps/content-targeting folder.
• build portlets with ant build-app command.
• Copied all portlets to deploy folder.

Can anyone please help me with this? I am also attaching liferay and tomcat logs for reference purpose.

You should be opening a LESA ticket for this...

it should be easier if you install the app from the marketplace since the branch you are using is a developing branch which may not be ready for production in the moment you downloaded it.

Please, feel free to open a LESA ticket since our support team will be more than happy to help you install the app.

Guys, I got the same problem with EE-SP11, patch portal-111-6210, and Audience Targeting downloaded from marketplace and installed copying lpkg file to deploy folder.
