How to compare 2 patched Jars

Different app team members are using different patched liferay version Jar files. and keep the version of file same as old. Is there any way that we can compare the two file and see if two matches the same patching level and ask them to use same file?

example :
Team A : base version + 1st patch = liferay-1.0.jar
Team B : base version + 1st patch + 2nd patch = liferay-1.0.jar
Team C : base version + 1st patch = liferay-1.0.jar
Team D : base version + 1st patch + 3rd Patch = liferay-1.0.jar

now, instead of having 4 jars at different storage location, if i can compare\match and ask team A and C to use same , that would be great.
