Displaying Liferay Site Pages to Mobile Devices

Hi,

We are trying Liferay portal allows to configure sets of rules to alter the behavior of the portal based on the device (Using Liferay’s Mobile Device Rules). Currently we are using Liferay Portal Community Edition 6.2 CE GA6 with JBOSS. While searching in google we got that link to mentioning to download Simpler Device Recognition Provider. Device Recognition Provider for CE - https://www.liferay.com/marketplace/-/mp/application/54601662
Using above mentioned link we downloaded Liferay Portal 6.2 CE GA2+. This is only option for Liferay Portal 6.2 CE GA2+. While downloaded we got this file Simpler Device Recognition Provider.lpkg
In this lpkg file we uploaded below mentioned way,
Control Panel -> Apps -> App Manager -> Install -> file-upload-lpkg-or-war-file then Click Install Button. After that we got this message The plugin was uploaded successfully and is now being installed.
Then Control Panel -> Apps -> App Manager -> Manage -> Utility Link, we can see the Simpler Device Recognition Provider details and below mentioning “There are no configurable plugins for this app”

Anybody knows please help this one how we can proceed Liferay’s Mobile Device Rules for Liferay Portal Community Edition 6.2 CE GA6
