Announcement to community team

Hello,

I would like to be able to create announcements and alert, which are only diplaying to the users of a community team.

For example, my community has two teams: "team1" and "team2". I assign some users to each team.
In the announcement portlet as an administrator I create a new Announcement. In the form "team1" and "team2" are in the "Distribution Scope" dropdown list, I choose one of them and create the announcement.

Unfortunatelly this announcement didn't appeared on the Announcement Board of the user...

Should I change any configuration or rights? It is a bug?

I use community role and it is working fine.
