Will Strings in portal.properties file be externalized?
Example:
system.role.Power.User.description

I hope they are not going to say that it's possible to define -ext.properties file because it won't change when I change the language.

I thought a little bit about the current portal.properties file and I'm beginning to think it's better to separate settings which are common through different localization (countries) from settings which may be changed for a specific localization.
