I notice that hooks is a good practice of liferay plugins. It allows you to hook into the eventing system, model listeners, jsps, and portal properties. But can I hook into .xml files?
Now I want to custom liferay-portlet.xml file, but I did not find any reference on modifying .xml file using hooks. Could anyone please tell me how to modify .xml file using hooks, or is there any other method to modify .xml file?
