Impossible to submit an app !!!

Hi,
i have a developper account and i try to submit an app.

I cannot validate the first step "App Details" !
I fill the form with all infos and i received a message : Please enter a valid description.

But the description is filled in ...

I am blocked i cannot submit !

There is a "Localized" checkbox under the text field. Fill in the description check the checkbox and uncheck it. The browser will ask you:
Unchecking this field will remove localized data for languages not shown in this view. Do you want to proceed?
Click on "YES". Now try to save the app.

It looks weird but it may fix your issue.
