Restrict the WYSIWYG editor controls?

I want to restrict the controls available in the WYSIWYG editor of the 'Web-Content' portlet for certain roles.

How to do it

You can't. It is a self-contained widget managed by ckedit. It has nothing to do with roles.

Even if you could figure out how to take some away, one click on the source button and you're back in business.
