Customizing the Liferay Out of Box portlet

Hi All,
I am trying to customize the wiki portlet in liferay code. example i added some functionality to wiki portlet and when i try to place that resepective portal-impl jar in tomcat it is not accepting.

Please do the need full help.

Hi

When customizing Liferay standard functionality the "hooks" are first choice to consider and second choice is ext environment.

Look hooks from wiki and from forums too.
