Each user should have the ability to supress the display of signatures in the forums. This would really help with the people who feel the need to put their entire resume in the forums as a signature. This should also be a feature that can be turned back on at will by the end user.
Signatures should be able to be limited by the Administrator for both size (# of characters) and length (# of lines)
