Can not deploy portlet

Hi all.

i am already configure liferay-portal run on eclipse base on the ext-enviroment , it supports with a "liferay-ide-eclipse-1.0.2.jar" plugin . i am follow step by step with instruction at http://www.liferay.com/web/guest/community/wiki/-/wiki/Main/Development%20Environment%20(Windows)#section-Development+Environment+_28Windows_29-EXTEnvironment , i am using SDK eclipse .when i have create the new portlet of eclipse , But i don't get how to deploy these portlet on the eclipse prepresents .


everyone can tell me , how is the portlet create and deploy it.?
