Why I don't have api/jasonws in my portal

Hi,

I want to use web services from android. But I don't have api/jsonws. I got this error in tomcat output :
Current URL /api/jsonws/invoke generates exception: null

and this error when refering to http://localhost:8080/api/jsonws :
Not Found
The requested resource was not found.

http://localhost:8080/api/jsonws

Try http://localhost:8080/secure/api/jsonws
