Funny. I was just coming to suggest a migration path - especially for migrating from Google Docs / Cal, etc. and SharePoint, etc.
In my experience, end users do not have the time or manpower (i.e. "bandwidth" as Lisa calls it) to manually migrate from one platform to another.
