Help to Add Tamil Language in Liferay

Hi Team,

I have attached translated Language_ta_IN.properties for Tamil Language. I request you to help to add "Tamil" as new language to the portal. Tamil language used in South India, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Singapore, Reunion and Mauritius. Please find below the wiki link for more details about Tamil language.

You need to develop some localization hook that will handle your language

see the following hook similarly you develop for Tamil so that it will work

Thanks a lot. One more thing, if I see this correctly: As you've attached the translation to Jira, would you mind going back there, click "Contribute Solution" and fill out the dialog. This includes the acceptance of the Contributor's Agreement which we need in order to use your contribution in the portal.
