jsf 1.1/1.2 dilemna

hi,

i wanted to know whether we can develop jsf 1.1/1.2 application on liferay portal 6.2..i know that jsf 2.x applications we can develop..but my concern is for lower versions of jsf..
also can u please let me know which liferay portal version can/should support jsf application 1.1/1.2..

Just wanted to mention that Liferay will not be supporting JSF 1.2 within Liferay Portal 6.2. In other words, there will be no "2.2.x" version of Liferay Faces.

Hi Nalin,

Just wanted to mention that we have a roadmap update. JSF 1.2 will be compatible with Liferay 6.2 in our 2.2.4-ga5 release of Liferay Faces. For more info, see FACES-1866.
