This happened to me both on 5.2.2 and now again on 5.2.3!
Both times I was working on tweaking the Jedi theme by using ViewDesigner and DreamWeaver. Upon exporting my work to a .WAR and then installing the WAR via LifeRay... all seemed apparently well.
However, I went into ControlPanel>Settings AND IT"S GONE... there is nothing on the right side of the page where ALL the settings should be.
Any ideas... this is nutty!
