Search for and keep track of people inside the organization through the Contacts Center, which doubles as an Address Book for external contacts."
This sounds great apart from the fact that the only detail I can input for anyone outside of the Portal is Name and Email and for me that's not really address book functionality.
Can anyone enlighten me as to what alternative application I can use or how to modify the "Add Contact" option within the Contacts Centre ?
