Adding a Custom tab in web content section

Hi ,
I want to add a new custom tab in right side of Web content section in Control Panel. I have marked the section in the attached screen shot where I want to add the new customize tab.

I will be greatly appreciate the help!!!!!!!!!!!

if you haven't found already, read this: https://www.liferay.com/community/wiki/-/wiki/Main/Organization+administration

It's pretty similar in case of web content administration.
