Service Builder and External files

I would like to know, if ServiceBuilder.xml / Liferay supports linkin an external xsd in servicebuilder.xml. we currently have a corporate domain model, and I do not wish to have multiple instances of a "member" for a lack of a better example

Nope...

The service builder entities (and it's associated dtd) are used to generate code. Your existing xsd will most likely not include the necessary stuff for SB to generate the code.
