How to install marketplace with websphere 7.0

How do we install marketplace with websphere 7.0. I am using liferay 6.1.1. Actually I need to deploy layout template. As LR 6.1.1 does not have install plugin option. I have to go for marketplace,have read marketplace provides functionality of deploying. But websphere does not support hot deployment. So how is that i deploy my template.

Please help and guide if anyone has done something of this.

I tired LR 6.1.1 with tomcat, there I see marketplace option also hot deployment is also possible. So I need either hot development on websphere 7.0 or Marketplace option in LR 6.1.1.

Tried hot deploy followed below steps :

1. Inside WEB-INF\classes created portal-ext.properties with "auto.deploy.dest.dir=${resource.repositories.root}/websphere-deploy"
2.Have created websphere-deploy in liferay home
3.Deployed .war in deploy folder
4.Template war taken into websphere-deploy & template war started through websphere admin.
I could see .ear got created in node of websphere.
BUT WHEN I CHECK LR I cannot find template.\

Please help.
