Tabs editable insert more?

Hello guys,
I'm having trouble inserting tabs in liferay 6.1.1 and would help, because I do not know what else to do.

The intention is to create a portlet that is definitive for use throughout the site.

Joined two demos of the UI tabs, and editing content.

Problems arise when you restart the server, because the content of editable tabs are lost.

And when I edited the content tab is usually a mangling the entire portlet.

Creating link, button or option is appreciated for the user to create flaps alone, and also to exclude.[What are the options?]

briefly switched tabs with buttons, which has function to show and hide portlets, but should be done by the id of the portlet. Which gives some work to edit each tab, this solved the problem
