How to use calender functionality for the text box

Hi All,

I want to use calender functionality for the text box in the form as follows

When the focus on the text box,we have to show gui calender ,when he selected the date we have fetch date using script or any function.

NOTE: I want to use all the liferay related Tag libs like alloy-ui,Liferay-Ui .

Is it possible. ?

If possible can u provide the sample code in jsp.

I am using liferay 6.0.6
