Liferay Alfresco Portlet

Hi
I'm using liferay-tomcat 4.4.2 and ALfresco-community 2.1
I want to know how to develop a liferay portlet and the content of portlet is managed by Alfresco.
Could some one please help.

Upload Files from Admin->plugins->Upload File

Upload the WAR files I've mentioned below from liferay website.
alfresco-portlet-5.1.1.1.war
alfresco-content-portlet-5.1.1.1.war
