opencms and konakart portlets

Hi folks,

i've been trying to deploy those two portlets into liferay but unfortunately both are designed for other portals.
opencms for jboss and konakart for jetspeed.
does anybody of you managed it to deploy it to liferay or knows how its done?

There seems to be a known problem integrating struts based portlets. Take a look at the thread http://www.liferay.com/web/guest/community/forums/-/message_boards/message/1040672 .

well that thread doesnt help me at all.

A new version of KonaKart has just been released which allows you to generate a Liferay compatible portlet.

Have you tried it? I get an error:

unexpected system error

com.liferay.portlet.ActionRequestImpl cannot be cast to com.liferay.portlet.RenderRequestImpl

¿Have you succeeded integrating it?

Yes, it works for me. It looks like I'm not the only person whose managed to integrate it - http://www.theserverside.com/news/thread.tss?thread_id=53470. I'm using Liferay 5.1.2.
