Hello everybody!

Apologies for the late post.

About me:
I finished my studies this year in Computer Science at Coventry University, UK. I'm really found of programming and this is my career path. I'm still a newbie in spite of the fact that I started with programming at a young age but I had my on and off periods.

I studied C/C++ at first, then moved on to Java, and now my focus is on Web Technologies (Java EE, JavaScript). I'm doing an intership which involves integrating an existing web application with Liferay and extending it's functionality, so the main purpose of this competition is to gain more knowledge about web technologies in general, and the Liferay framework in particular. My placement currently takes most of my time, but I can dedicate 5 to 10 hours a week for this competition.

I would like to work with existing liferay applications and integrate them in a bigger project, customising them or adding new functionality.
