Liferay Tag suggestions button not working/

Hi,

I am using Liferay 5.2-ee-sp4.

I just came to notice that when editing wiki articles tag suggestions doesn't seems to work (click on suggestions button in the tag section to see a popup with the search not working). At the same time auto-complete is working when I am typing some tags. Do I need to turn on this using some property.

Any suggestion is a welcome.

No.

Is it hanging up? Exactly, what's happening when you select on the tag suggestion.

Sorry for a late reply.

It is showing No matches found when i click the suggestions option, though there is a huge sensible content on the page.

It's using a 3rd party web service which possibly doesn't work behind a firewall?

I'm using liferay-portal-6.1.20-ee-ga2 and this suggestion feature is also not working for me. On one server installation it just keeps spinning, on my local install it quickly comes back with "No Tags Found". I've made sure that explicit tags are in my message boards post that are in fact tags. Do they need to be indexed in some way?

Any more info on how this feature is supposed to work would be helpful.

If you have an EE version, should file a bug report to get support on it. You're paying for support for a bug when you're buying liferay subscription so should use it. File a bug report and get a patch to get it fixed.
