search portlet in theme

Hi all,
I have created custom theme where i have inserted search portlet in header section. I have used the following code to insert the portlet "$theme.runtime(3)". when i open any page search portlet is coming on header section but when i search for something the results are coming in header section only. But i want the results in body section. Can anybody help me how to display search results in body section instead of header section.
