Sometime Document library isn't action correctly

Hi everyone!
I was used document library for storing my Images.
After, I was using some images for publishing in web content
But sometime, my web content not display image from document library
I had used tomcat and liferay 6.1 ce-ga.
I attacked two file, one file is error display webcontent, one file error in tomcat display
Help me please!

Sorry every one!
I was found my problem
I was changed folder contain Liferay server
But I don't change path to this folder in file portal-setup-wizard, so Liferay cann't find data folder of document library
Liferay still connect with my database because I was writing in file portal-ext.properties
