Liferay IDE AlloyUI installation fails on Neon / Oxygen

Dear colleagues,

a part of liferay ide, Liferay IDE AlloyUI, fails to install on eclipse neon3 and oxygen with following details on the console:

Cannot complete the install because one or more required items could not be found.
Software being installed: Liferay IDE AlloyUI 3.1.2.201709011126-ga3 (com.liferay.ide.alloy.feature.group 3.1.2.201709011126-ga3)
Missing requirement for filter properties ~= $0: Embedded nodejs 1.2.1.201611022209 (tern.eclipse.ide.server.nodejs.embed.feature.group 1.2.1.201611022209) requires 'tern.eclipse.ide.server.nodejs.embed.win32.win32.x86 [1.2.1.201611022209]' but it could not be found
Cannot satisfy dependency:
From: Liferay IDE AlloyUI 3.1.2.201709011126-ga3 (com.liferay.ide.alloy.feature.group 3.1.2.201709011126-ga3)

it should work on:

Latest stable release (3.1.x)
Supports Eclipse 4.4.x or greater and Liferay Portal 7.0 GA1 or greater

Im on liferay 7 GA5, Win 10 64x and provided eclipse versions:

Version: Neon.3 Release (4.6.3)
Build id: 20170314-1500

No hints regarding this in corresponding release notes:

I can't reproduce your problem in my side.
My environment:
Oxygen.1a Release (4.7.1a)Java EE
Build id: 20171005-1200
windows 7
java 8

Steps:
1. Install New Software
2. cope IDE 3.1.2 ga3 updatesite url
3. only choose Alloy UI to install

Dear Joye,

I have metioned the environment only for purposes of completeness. I guess its quite clear the error happens due missing dependency. This is very clear indicated in the error log Ive provided, tern.eclipse.ide.server.nodejs.embed.win32.win32.x86 is missing, but AlloyUI depends on.

So if I had to guess, I would say this a point needs to be checked by somebody who wrote that one, has configured this dependency and is aware of usage context and conditions of distribution of this library. Thank you very much for your effort, but unfortunately I dont see any point of contact between your statement and the obvious reason of this issue. Lets wait and see if somebody else can help us on this,

Dear colleagues,

this issue doesnt seems to matter to the community, I overcame this by downloading a prepacked neon already containing all necessary plugins. So, if you got same problems: there is no solution for this bug I would be aware of. I would dare to say: you will not be able to solve it on your own without investing further time on investigation. My advise would be, dont do this, go the same workaround I went. I hope this helps a bit,
