LCS Portlet Issue

Hi,
I am getting given below error in LCS portal, using Liferay DXP 7,

Unable to vaildate subscription. Please check if the LCS portlet is deployed and can connect to the LCS gateway. You have a grace period of 2 days.

whenever I got the above error, I just restarted the tomcat server then error will be gone from the LCS portal.

So, I need a permanent solution for the resolving this issue.

can any one resolve my query.its really helpful for me.

As this is an issue with Liferay-DXP, please open a LESA ticket. You'll get the officially supported solution there (and according to service level), rather than from a free post on the forums at random times.
