Can we Migrate Liferay 6.2 Template Layout in to Liferay 7.0

Hi Guys,
Can anyone tell me, Can we Migrate Liferay 6.2 Template Layout in to Liferay 7.0 ?
i know layout creation process in LR 7.0 trough note.js tool and gulp Command. but mi requirement is, i want to migrate Layout LR 6.2 to LR 7.0 .
if we can migrate then give me some guideline about that.

If you mean is there a tool that will do it for you, I think the answer is no -- the differences between BS2.x and BS3.x are probably significant enough that the effort to build such a tool, that will consistently produce valid results would be more work than it is worth.

you are right Andrew. we have build tools like gulp to create template-layout. and it is recommended also.
but still we have requirement to update code of LR 6.2 template-layout then we can refer above link.
