Liferay DXP and SPA session integration /Syncing

Hi All,
I have made a module in Liferay DXP in which I have add my react application code , Everything is working fine as my react application is working as expected . Now the issue is when I am using my react application under Liferay module , Liferay doesn't know that user is still active and he kills the session as for Liferay portal its inactive .
Now I want to sync the Liferay and React Session , how would I do that ?
Any suggestion on it will be highly appreciated .

You don't have to sync, just invoke the Liferay.Session.extend() every once in awhile on user activity. This will keep the server side session alive.
