Not really.
If you're running 6 EE or DXP, the patching tool provides version info that will list what you have.
For the CE lines, it's up to you to know what you have.
Come meet me at the 2017 LSNA!

The version info can be found by going to:
Control Panel > Server Administration > Resources
Control Panel > Server Administration > Resources

I have never found this to be the least bit helpful nor accurate.
For example, I have a DXP instance at SP 3 and FP 20. What does the resources panel say?
Info: Liferay DXP Digital Enterprise 7.0.10 GA1 (Wilberforce / Build 7010 / June 15, 2016) Uptime: 23 Days, 2:54:15
As an admin, this message is really pointless. Every instance of DXP regardless of service pack, fix pack or hot fix is going to say the same pointless thing. I know I'm running DXP, that's never in question. But did I really get the node updated to FP20 or is it still at FP19?
Only the patching tool is going to give me the kind of detail necessary.

The info in the control panel is accurate for CE. For EE, you'll need to check the logs or the patching level.

Version info and patch level (only in EE) is also printed in log file during startup.
