Liferay 7 JQuery dropdown (+) button

Hi ,

I wanted to put this navbar Here is the Link in my Liferay 7 portal theme ( using freemarker ).

The problem is i cant have that (+) in dropdown button in mobile screens.enter image description here


My navigator console shows :

Did you add the jQuery library yourself? Because if so, you have to edit the library a little bit. I tried to add jQuery recently and never got it to work, but I did enounter this article about how to edit the library to make it work.
