Liferay-ui:discussion(Edit and delete)

Hi All,
Iam new to Liferay 6.2,
I want to one requirement.I want to create Custom Comment and Ratting portlet.So i have done Custom Comment and ratting portlet successfully.But One issue iam getting.

Edit and delete Feature is visible to all every one is edit and delete.so can u please tell me how to do the permission for Liferay-ui:discussion tag.
So that particular user can edit and delete who comment on the post.
