The "Web Content Display" area isn't working?

Hi,
I am trying to add text and pictures to Big Item List in Web Content Display but PLUS icon can not be seen. So i can not edit Big Item List
Liferay -> Applications -> Content Management -> Web Content Display portlet
And my second question is: when i try to open portlets n my page i see them empty altough i had uploaded HTML and pictures in it.
Can you please help me about these 2 questions?
