Can someone explain to me the difference of the "Access" permission vs the "Display" permission, which i can set for a document / file i upload to my site inside the Portal?
Especially i am interested, what the "Access" permission is good for in the context of the two types of URLs i can use for an uploaded file:
# Document Library URL
# WebDAV URL
