Site member permissions are not working as we expected in Liferay 7.

Hi All,

I am using Liferay ga3 and I given site member permission for Vocabularies and Categories recursively. But when I logged in with Site Member I unable to add categories to assets. Please anyone tell me..is it Liferay 7 issue... or else we need to configure any thing in server?
