Did you get a solution for this. I am using Liferay 6.2 and I also wants my custom fields localized.

Please update me if you get a solution and then how to do it.

Are you looking for a feature like liferay-ui:input-localized but for JSF? If so, you can vote for and watch FACES-2458. If you have any suggestions for that feature, please let us know. Otherwise, please give us more details about the problem you are having, so we can try to help.
