Calendar 6.2 - How to give different role ability to "Add Calendar"

Hello,

I am currently using 6.2 Calendar portlet and having trouble applying role for Calendar.
As Admin role, I went to

Control Panel -> Role -> Select my custom Role -> Define Permissions -> Select "Calendar" under Site Administration/ Applications.

Once I got here, I checked all permissions and clicked save.

However, once I went to a user with this custom role, they still did not have ability to "Add Calendar".
From the code, it looks like it gives you ability to "Add Calendar" from

• CalendarResourcePermission.contains(permissionChecker, groupCalendarResource, ActionKeys.ADD_CALENDAR)

Can anyone please guide me to the right direction?
