Liferay 7 Repeatable Field in Structures not working

Hi,

I am trying to create new structure and template for Web Content. I am able to assign repeatable option to a field in the structure that I have created. But while trying to click "+" button for that field (i.e., trying to add another value for repeatable field) , I am getting error in console as follows:

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'getData' of null

Can you please help me in applying the patch?
It was mentioned in the thread that fix is provided in https://github.com/liferay/liferay-portal/commit/8d3f0b6daf85587ca457e13be6f81e163ed63676.
But I am not finding the way to apply this fix in my liferay server.
