Switching Database in the Liferay

According to https://dev.liferay.com/discover/reference/-/knowledge_base/7-0/database-templates can we dynamically change the database source?

You can't dynamically change the database. The page you're seeing are just example configurations for database that Liferay Portal supports. If you want to change the database, you can use the data migration tool.
