Image with Site Member View permission not visible to Site Member

Hi,

I have a Site created in Liferay 6.2 GA6, say mySite, which has a member, say myUser.
Now, I have a webcontent, say myContent, deployed using (Liferay Default) "Web Content Display" portlet, on page myPage. The myPage is a part of mySite.
The webcontent myContent includes an image, say myImage, which is in a folder in "Documents & Media" of mySite.
I log into the server as myUser and when I visit myPage, the webcontent mycontent is visible to me, but the image is not. If I right-click on the image and try to open the same on another tab, it says "You do not have permission".
I have checked the permissions on the image, the "view" rights for Site Members is checked. And the "view" rights for Site Member of the webcontent is also checked.
Can anybody help me understand what am I missing here?

Hello,

Your image myImage is in a specific folder in "Documents & Media" ?

you need to have the "view" permission on all the path.

For example, if myImage is in the folder "Documents & Media/images/".
You need to put the "view" permission on your image myImage and also on the folder images.
