Liferay 7 Module workspace

Hi All,
can any one explain uses of Liferay Workspace folders and inside files clearly
and mostly about configs folder and sub folder

Workspace supports using separate portal-ext.properties files per target environment. Using a command line argument you can specify the environ you're targeting and the portal-ext.properties (and other config files) from the config folder will be used when building your bundle zip.

Hi,
Then can i access all my local workspace modules in UAT an PROD by configuring in portal-ext.prop file.?
is it possible.?
