custom fields are not indexed (not search)

hi,
i have created custom fields name="country" make it as -- text-box -indexed and Searchability- As text
after that when i am register user via UI
- custom fields are stored successfully for that particular user

- but problem is that when i am searching user via "search portlet" which is default of liferay
- show the users result "Display Results in Document Form " from configuration
- there was strange user custom fields are not indexed or search in result document

- but another strange is when i am done re-indexing from control panel
- this custom fields are indexed and showing in document Form result

can i miss something ? i wanted to when user is registered all fields are indexed including its custom fields also
- because i wanted add some filter on search result on the basics of custom fields

so please suggest me approach to how i am proceed?
how we index custom fields of user ?
