How used patching-tool on Webshpere Cluster

Hi,

I've understand to use patching-tool. I've execute the script on server to apply the security patch.
But now, my environnement websphere is composed with one Deployment Manager and two nodes.

I've applied the patcghing-tool on the two nodes because Liefray is installed on the nodes.
But now, some files are modified like file portal-service.jar on nodes and surely another files.

Now, there is a desynchronisation between my DMGR et my nodes.
Habitually, I deploy on DMGR and after there is a duplication to the nodes.
In this config, the next synchronization overwrite patch updates on the nodes.


Question: How synchronize the DMGR with nodes after patching-tool
