Default Guest Layout

I want to know if it is possible to have a default layout for the Guest page. For example, I would like to add a new page to our guest layout that has the navigation in the narrow column and the breadcrumb in the wide. I don&#39;t want to have to add this for every page I build.<br /><br />I see that it is possible (using the portal-ext.properties file) to default for desktop -- is this an option for guest?
